Returns
For orders from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France, returns are free.
For orders from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France, returns are free. To return one or more items, please follow the steps below:
- Fill out the return form, please state the reason why you are returning the item.
- Pack the items, including the return form, in the box in which you received the items or any other durable box.
- Stick the supplied return label on the outside of the box, and hand the package over to the carrier. If you have not received a return label, please contact our customer service info@kinglouie.com
Did you place your order before December 3rd you must register your return in our returns portal. Go to https://returns.kinglouie.nl/ to register your item(s). Via the returns portal you will receive a shipping label to print or a barcode that can be scanned by the carrier.
Important - Please add the return form to the package. Otherwise we are not able to process the return or make a refund.
For all other orders return costs are at your own expense. Please follow these instructions:
1 - Fill out the return form.
2 - Mark the item(s) you wish to return and provide us with a return reason.
3 - Pack the items and the return form(s) in the box in which you received the order.
You may combine returns from different orders. If the original shipping box is to large, you can use a smaller box.
4 - Send the return shipment to the following address:

IMPORTANT - Please add the return form to the package. Otherwise we are not able to process the return or make a refund.
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a return confirmation from us. We will refund the return amount within 5 working days. The return payment is always made in the same way as the original payment.
Is one of the items from your order missing, or has the package arrived damaged? Then please contact our customer service. If you have any complaints regarding the delivery of the package, we refer you to the customer service of UPS.
You can return anything within 30 days, unworn and with the tags on. This includes sale items.
For hygienic reasons we cannot accept pantyhose and socks that have been removed from the packaging as a return.
If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item in question to us (within 30 days of receipt) and then place a new order.
It is no problem to return items from multiple orders together. We ask you to indicate this clearly and to add the return forms of all orders.
We will refund the return amount within 10 working days after receipt of your return in our warehouse. The return payment is always made via the original payment method.
Despite our greatest care it is possible that you received a wrong item. In this case please contact our customer service team. The warranty is valid within 2 months of receipt and must be returned with the original invoice.
Are you returning your package from a Non-EU country? Please check the box "RETURNED GOODS" or "OTHER" on the customs form and fill in "Return clothing" under comments. If the customs form is not filled in correctly, the applicable import duties will be charged to the customer.
