General Terms & Conditions
Please read through our General Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By ordering products on our website, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. We will send you the General Terms and Conditions by email as well if requested.
Our Offer
Please note the total offer of King Louie is subject to change. King Louie is entitled to change and configure its offer. The website contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products. Mistakes and errors do not bind King Louie. The images appearing on the website are correct and true representations of the products.
We have made every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. King Louie cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product.
The Agreement
A contract of agreement with King Louie will be formed after the General Terms and Conditions have been approved and an order has been paid. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been accepted. If an article you have ordered turns out to be out of stock, we shall notify you as soon as possible by email, and we will refund the purchase of the out of stock article(s).
Right of Withdrawal
After placing your order, you have the right to withdrawal and cancel the contract with King Louie, by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order, at your own cost. Keep your postal receipt, including the track a trace code, as proof of posting your parcel. Please enclose the return form.
You can return an article by post within 14 days of receipt. The returned articles must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or otherwise unused with the original tags/labels attached. This does not reflect quality related defects or complaints, please see chapter Conformity and Warranty for this. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this in the following ways:
- Via our digital withdrawal function (Fastest): Simply fill out the short form at the top of this page and click "Confirm withdrawal". You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. (Note: You can always access this page via the "Withdraw from purchase" link in the footer of our website).
- Via our online return portal: You can also easily register your return via our online return portal: https://kinglouie.returnista.com/.
- Via a written statement: You can send us an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form.
It is also possible to withdraw from the agreement partially. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Withdrawal costs
We offer free returns for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France, If you choose a different delivery option for your return than the standard delivery method offered by KING LOUIE, these costs will not be reimbursed. For all other countries return shipment is at your own cost. Please see the FAQ section on our website for the applicable return costs per country.
Pricing and Payment
Prices which appear on our website are accurate, but errors may occur. The prices shown on our website include sales tax. We accept the following methods of payment: iDeal | Wero, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Riverty (Netherlands and Germany), Mistercash, Maestro, Sofort and Giropay. If errors occur during the payment, please let us know. We can help you complete the payment.
Conformity and Guarantees
King Louie ensures that the products measure up to the agreement and to the specifications mentioned in the offer. If your article(s) do not meet these requirements after all, a warranty of two months after the date you received your order is applicable. Your blue payslip will count as a warranty certificate.
The warranty is not valid when:
- the delivered articles have been repaired or changed by you or by others;
- if the articles have been exposed to abnormal circumstances or careless handling, through which they have been damaged.
Delivery and Execution
King Louie will always try to deliver your order with utmost care. We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order.
The costs for postage and packaging are clearly stated during the ordering process. We always aim to have your order leave our warehouse within 2 working days after placing the order. Except when agreed to a later delivery date or other exceptions, like holidays or sale periods. In these cases deliveries may take longer.
Complaints
If there are any complaints about the execution of your order, please submit your complaint within 7 days’ time through our Customer Service.
Your complaint will be answered within 5 working days. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, there will be a dispute, which is subject to the dispute settlement.
Disputes
Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between King Louie and his customers whereupon these General Terms and Conditions are related to. This also applies for our customers outside of the Netherlands. The CISG does not apply.

The website and all parts thereof, with the exception of specific (hyper)links, are owned by King Louie by Exota B.V. (King Louie).
