Answers to most common questions about products, orders, shipments, and payments.
You can place an order with or without an account.
Ordering process:
- Place articles in your shopping basket
- Go to the checkout
- Fill in your address
- Check your order one last time before you place it
- Choose your method of payment
- Finalize your order
You can find your order history on our website in your account, under “orders”.
Check if you filled in the right e-mail address and if your order was placed.
Your order confirmation might be in your spam folder.

Please make sure you check your order very carefully before you confirm it, as you can’t change or cancel your order after the payment has been done.
If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will notify you and you will receive a refund if a payment has already been made.
Enter the discount code in the checkout. The discount is then immediately applied.
*Discount cannot be applied after the order has been placed. The customer service cannot help you with this either. You can use the discount code with your next order.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price difference of the item you have purchased, even within the return period.
We use the payment service called 'Multisafepay', 'Shopify Payment' and 'Paypal', which ensures a secure handling of your online transactions. King Louie does not have information about your bank and credit card data, and Multisafepay, Shopify Payment and Paypal encrypts all Internet transactions. You recognize the secured line by the little lock in the bottom of your screen. This means your privacy is protected.
Credit Card
If you choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard, the secured payment portal of Multisafepay will be opened. Here you can enter your credit card number, security code and expiry date. Credit card data and bank details are not visible for King Louie.
PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide online payment system at which your banking accounts or credit card is linked to a PayPal Internet account. You can use it to purchase items in a safe way without having to enter your financial data. Please visit PayPal for more information.
Maestro®
You can also make online payments with Maestro® when you are from Belgium, the United Kingdom, Austria or Spain. Please contact your bank to activate your Maestro® card. They will send you an authentication code that you will need for every online purchase you make.
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a return confirmation from us. We will refund the return amount within 10 working days. The return payment is always made in the same way as the original payment.

Delivery conditions:
Orders placed on working days before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during the weekend (holidays included) will be shipped the next working day.
The delivery time is on average 2 working days.
Returns
FREE returns within 30 days.
We dispatch our orders through UPS on the following working day. UPS will send you an email with the status of your shipment. You can track your parcel during the entire process of delivery. You can see our delivery rates below. Is your destination not listed? Then please contact us.
Shipments with UPS can be traced through the UPS website. If your parcel hasn't been delivered after receiving a shipment confirmation, please check your neighbours and the nearest post office. If you have any other problems which relate to shipment or delivery of your parcel, please contact us.
Is one of the items from your order missing, or has the package arrived damaged? Then please contact our customer service. If you have any complaints regarding the delivery of the package, we refer you to the customer service of UPS.
Unworn items can be returned for free within 30 days, with the tags still attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept tights and socks that have been removed from their packaging.
Returns from different orders can be combined. We kindly ask you to clearly indicate this and include the return forms for all orders in your return package. Please ensure that the correct items are packaged with the correct forms.
If you return an entire order, we will refund the shipping costs charged at the time of placing the order.
Returns are free.
Follow these steps:
1. Fill out the return form.
2. Pack the items with the return form in solid packaging. (Without the return form, we cannot process the return or issue a refund.)
3. Attach the included return label to the outside of your package.
4. Drop off the package at a parcel point near you.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France: free.
Other EU countries: at your own expense.
In the case of manufacturing defects or complaints, King Louie will cover the shipping costs. If you return the entire order, we will refund the shipping costs charged when placing the order.
If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the item in question (within 30 days of receiving it) and place a new order.
We will process the refund within 10 working days. Refunds are always made via the original payment method.
Despite our best efforts, it is possible that you may receive the wrong item. In such cases, please contact our customer service.
You have a warranty on your products for up to two months after receipt. Did you receive a wrong or defective item? Please return it with the original return form.
