I haven’t received an order confirmation, what now? Plus

You can find your order history on our website in your account, under “orders”.
Check if you filled in the right e-mail address and if your order was placed.
Your order confirmation might be in your spam folder.

Need help? Send an e-mail to our customer service.

Can I change or cancel an order? Plus

Please make sure you check your order very carefully before you confirm it, as you can’t change or cancel your order after the payment has been done.

What happens if an item is unavailable? Plus

If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will notify you and you will receive a refund if a payment has already been made.

How to use a discount code Plus

Enter the discount code in the checkout. The discount is then immediately applied.

*Discount cannot be applied after the order has been placed. The customer service cannot help you with this either. You can use the discount code with your next order.

The item I purchased is now on sale Plus

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price difference of the item you have purchased, even within the return period.

Safe payments Plus

We use the payment service called 'Mollie', 'Shopify Payment' and 'Paypal', which ensures a secure handling of your online transactions. King Louie does not have information about your bank and credit card data, and Mollie, Shopify Payment and Paypal encrypts all Internet transactions. You recognize the secured line by the little lock in the bottom of your screen. This means your privacy is protected.

iDEAL
Pay through the secure online environment of your own bank.

Credit Card

If you choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard, the secured payment portal of Mollie will be opened. Here you can enter your credit card number, security code and expiry date. Credit card data and bank details are not visible for King Louie.

Riverty | Afterpay
You can also make online payments with Riverty Afterpay when you are from the Netherlands and Germany.

PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide online payment system at which your banking accounts or credit card is linked to a PayPal Internet account. You can use it to purchase items in a safe way without having to enter your financial data. Please visit PayPal for more information.

Bancontact
For Belgian customers securely pay via your own bank environment.

Refunds Plus

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a return confirmation from us. We will refund the return amount within 10 working days. The return payment is always made in the same way as the original payment.

Orders placed on working days before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Didn't receive your package? Plus

Deliveries with DHL can be traced through their website. If your parcel hasn't been delivered after receiving a shipment confirmation, please check your neighbours and the nearest parcel shop. If you have any other problems which relate to delivery of your parcel, please contact us.

Have you received a damaged or incomplete package? Plus

Is one of the items from your order missing, or has the package arrived damaged? Then please contact our customer service. If you have any complaints regarding the delivery of the package, we refer you to the customer service of DHL.

Routing Returns
Returns for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France Plus

Return costs are free.

3. Collect the items and your packing slip in a sturdy package and hand in the package at a postal office near you. 

Returns for other EU countries Plus

Return costs are at your own expense.

Return Policy Plus

Unworn items can be returned within 30 days, with the tags still attached.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept tights and socks that have been removed from their packaging.

If you return an entire order, we will refund the shipping costs charged at the time of placing the order.

Can I exchange my item? Plus

If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the item (within 30 days of receiving it) and place a new order.

Received wrong item(s) or have a complaint? Plus

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that you may receive the wrong item. In such cases, please contact our customer service.

You have a warranty on your products for up to two months after receipt.

My order hasn’t been refunded yet Plus

We will process the refund within 10 working days. Refunds are always made via the original payment method.
