1. Withdrawal Period
Based on the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product(s) to withdraw from your agreement with KING LOUIE, without giving any reason.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this in the following ways:

• Via our digital withdrawal function (Fastest): Simply fill out the short form at the top of this page and click "Confirm withdrawal". You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. (Note: You can always access this page via the "Withdraw from purchase" link in the footer of our website).
• Via our online return portal: You can also easily register your return via our online return portal: https://kinglouie.returnista.com/.
• Via a written statement: You can send us an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form.

It is also possible to withdraw from the agreement partially. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Deadline
After withdrawing from or terminating the agreement, please return the product(s) as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of all the products in your order. Please send them to the KING LOUIE address as stated on the shipping label, which you will receive via our online return portal or via email.

5. Trying on and Decrease in Value
You can try out and assess our product(s) as far as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, just as you would do in a physical shop. Make sure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, where labels have been removed, or that show clear signs of wear beyond what is necessary to assess the product, you are liable for the decrease in value. KING LOUIE will deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you.

6. Refunds
KING LOUIE will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs for the initial delivery, within 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product(s) or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. In the case of a partial cancellation, we will only refund the cost of the returned product(s). We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original transaction.

7. Return Costs
If you choose a different, more expensive delivery option for your return than the standard delivery method offered by KING LOUIE, these extra costs will not be reimbursed. Please see the FAQ section on our website for the applicable return costs per country.
